- 1.5oz Gin Mare
- .5oz Chareau Aloe Liqueur
- 1oz Green Juice (apples, celery, cucumber, kale, lemon, and spinach through a juicer – you can find this type of juice at juice shops and high-end grocers)
- .5oz Real Lemon Juice
- .5oz Organic Sugar Syrup (2:1)
- 1oz Topo Chico Sparkling Water
- Quick shake all except soda in shaker tin.
- Strain over soda and ice into a Tom Collins tall glass.
- Garnish with dehydrated green apples cut into half-moons and cucumber.
