INAUGURAL PLANO FAMILIES FIRST FALL FAIR ATTRACTS 5,000 CHILDREN AND ADULTS

Nearly 5,000 children and adults turned out for the inaugural Plano Families First Fall Fair, presented by UnitedHealthcare, to receive free school supplies, health and dental screenings, eye exams and eyeglasses, flu shots and much more. Free and open to families who reside in Plano or attend Plano schools, the Fair was founded by Mayor Harry LaRosiliere to strengthen Plano families in need.

Over 1,500 jars of peanut butter were given out to families as part of the Plano Peanut Butter Drive, which was led by the mayor in partnership with the North Texas Food Bank.
