Enjoy three different textures of orange with this citrus variation of Gin Mare and Tonic.

Ingredients:

• 50 ml Gin Mare Mediterranean Gin
• Bar spoon of bitter orange marmalade
• 2 dashes of orange bitters
• 200 ml 1724 Tonic Water

Method:

• Fill a large glass with ice, add all the ingredients and finish with tonic and stir.
