Jewish Family Service of Greater Dallas is proud to announce that they are offering Emergency Housing Assistance to those who are struggling to pay their rent, mortgage, or utilities because they have been affected by COVID-19.
They are providing this program in partnership with Dallas County, Collin County, the City of Dallas, and United Way of Metropolitan Dallas. JFS hopes that if you know someone in need of help you will share this information and that you will encourage them to apply.
The first step for individuals to take is to fill out the pre-screen form that corresponds with the city or county in which they live. Each area has its own set of specific rules and requirements, so they encourage all potential applicants to review the information on their area’s webpage before filling out the form.

- Individuals should apply for assistance based on the area in which they live.
- Support will be given on a first come, first served basis. Please allow 3 business days to be contacted after completing the pre-screen form.
- We have limited funds available. Therefore, we might not be able to help with all bills or the full amounts.
- Filling out the application does not guarantee assistance.
