Dog Days of Summer 2022 Winners Announced

It was a very hard decision to make, but our editors named the three TOP DOGS in our 2022 Dog Days of Summer Pet Photo Contest.

Hot Diggity Dog! Meet the winners:

1st place: Hickory

Here’s what his “parent” had to say:

“Hickory is a male English Setter. He is almost 6 months old. He loves playing with his big brother and sister labs. He is very active and ready to start training as a hunting dog. He’s still a puppy so he’s a bit crazy lol. He loves going on trips to Columbus to support his dad during his trap shooting competition where he gets tons of attention. His favorite treats are pumpkin and cranberry mini biscuits.”

Hickory is the lucky recipient of a custom portrait by ART BY MEGAN as well as a $50. Gift Card to Chewy.com.

2nd Place: Eeyore

Here’s what his “parent” had to say:

Eeyore is a one-year-old Basset. He’s a goofball who loves his Milk-Bones (and any other kind of bone)! He also loves belly rubs and hugs!”

This photogenic guy earned a $50 Gift Card to Chewy.com.

3rd Place: Violet and Bruno

Here’s what his “parent” had to say:

Violet is a sassy 2.5-year-old husky mix and Bruno is a squirrely 1-year-old Coonhound/Blue Heeler mix that rarely sits still! They love to play and wrestle with each other but most of all love playing chase in our back yard especially when they get the zoomies!”

These cuties earned a $25. Gift Card to Chewy.com.
