During the event, organizers announced that the yearly gala would be renamed The Hope Party representing the hope the organization provides to its constituents in addition to the fact that the event outgrew its humble beginnings at White Rock Lake. Emcee Steve Noviello of FOX 4 News introduced Event Chairs Jeanie and Bert Conly who spoke about their longtime commitment to the Foundation and its personal connection to their lives.
