Daughter Alexandra (not pictured) is 21.what is now the Dallas International Film Festival.Im really proud of it, declares Lisa.Its become a real part of the Dallas cultural scene.Most recently, Lisa is equally proud of her role asanexecutiveboardmemberandchairoftheCommittee forEducationandLeadershipatthefamedFordsTheaterin Washington,DC.Hervisiontoexpandthetheatersdigital strategy, including access in classrooms, is where shes devoting much of her time.I deeply believe in the role art plays in a community because it completes the complement of what a city needs to attract good companies, Lisa states, but more so she adds, It provides a complete experience for the people who live there.With her exposure to so many different organizations, Lisa has had the unique opportunity to establish connections to network between groups, to see trends, and to see how she can contribute what shes learned from one group to help another.Lisa has some words of wisdom for anyone who wants to make an impact as a volunteer for whatever philanthropic endeavor is close to his/her heart.She encourages others to:Invest in other people.
