The crowd of 690 also celebrated the 125th anniversary of the founding of JFC in 1892 and named for Dallas’first female philanthropist, Juliette Peak Fowler. CAC- CC utilizes a multi-disciplinary team approach to facilitate the investigation, treatment and prosecution of child abuse. Working collaboratively with law enforcement and Child Protective Services, the Center brings all services to abused children under one roof to min- imize additional trauma to vul- nerable children. Highly trained forensic interviewers provide a child-friendly environment in which children can safely share their stories. PARTNERS CARD 2017 KICK-OFF PARTY The Family Place (TFP) kicked off 25 years of Partners Card, presented by Bank of Texas in Highland Park Village on May 18. Co-chairs Brynn Bagot Allday and Jennifer Burns were joined by honorary chairs Joanne and Charles Teichman and TFP CEO Paige Flink and VP of Development Melissa Sherrill Martin. Since 1978, TFP has counseled more than 225,000 clients in residential and outreach programs. In addition, the agency has provided life-saving shelter to more than 22,000 women and children. Partners Card is the signature fundraiser for The Family Place. In 2016, more than 750 retailers and restaurants participated in the program, raising more than $1 million to support TFP.
