Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm has launched Grab & Go, a new permanent curbside pickup solution. While Watters Creek has accommodated its restaurants and retailers with temporary spaces throughout the center, this new Grab & Go program was designed to meet the growing need for safe and convenient order pickups. Customers can now buy online from stores and restaurants that offer curbside pickup and have their merchandise or food delivered to their car, as shown in the above map.
“We wanted to provide customers a well-thought out, permanent and safe solution to shopping, as this is now an essential aspect of the rapidly changing retail landscape.”
Once at Watters Creek, customers park at a designated Grab & Go space close to the store or restaurant they ordered from, stay in their car and call the retailer to tell them which Grab & Go parking space they’re in, and a store representative will bring the order to their car.
“We wanted to provide customers a well-thought out, permanent and safe solution to shopping, as this is now an essential aspect of the rapidly changing retail landscape,” said Debra Martinez, Marketing Director for Watters Creek. “This new program meets changing consumer needs, as recent studies have shown consumers are more likely to use curbside pickup in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are happy to offer this benefit for our consumers and retailers.”
Guests are encouraged to share their experience on social media at Watters Creek using #MyWattersCreek.
