Fun or Formal?
I PLEDGE to have you looking your best!
Rush can be stressful but with some preparation it can also be fun! It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet new people and make new friends. I can help ease the anxiety by making sure you have the right wardrobe and feel confident. Every college has a unique format, but here are some great examples of what to wear on each day.
Open House
Day 1 and 2
Panhellenic gives you a t-shirt to wear when you visit all of the sorority houses. Pair it with your own cute shorts and sneaks – you will log a TON of miles. Don’t forget your sunscreen and water bottle!
Philanthropy
You will have one or two philanthropy days to learn about each sorrority’s community service participation. Wear a great sundress or cute skirt and top with comfy wedges or flat sandals.
FYI: You will wear the same type of outfit on Bid Day
Sisterhood Day
By this day, you will have narrowed your choicesdown and revisit the houses in small groups, to get to know the members on a more personal level. This day is a little dressier than Philanthropy Day.
Preference Night
This round is your final round – you have narrowed your choices to the final few. The most personal and formal night. Every school is different as to what color is assigned to this night, if any.
Congratulations! and welcome to your new group of friend’s!
