Dallas Area Rapid Transit announces “My Next Stop Is____” as the theme for its 2019 Student Art Contest. This annual contest is a great opportunity for area schoolkids to share their experiences, express themselves creatively, and consider the impact of DART on their communities.
The contest is open to students from kindergarten through 12th grade who live in or near DART’s 13-city service area. Winner’s artwork will be displayed at the Dallas Museum of Art, Love Field Airport, the Courtyard Theater in Plano and on DART’s website, DART.org. That’s a lot of exposure!
DART is accepting entries through Jan. 25. Submissions received on or before the early-bird deadline of Nov. 30 will receive a special prize.
