Family Law Firm Orsinger, Nelson, Downing & Anderson Opens New Office in North Texas Suburb of Frisco

Third full-time location for 25-year-old boutique with offices in Dallas, San Antonio

Texas-based family law boutique Orsinger, Nelson, Downing & Anderson, LLP, is pleased to announce a new full-time office in the North Dallas suburb of Frisco, the firm’s third full-service location for clients needing representation in divorce and other family law matters.

“The new Frisco office at 2600 Network Blvd. brings us closer to clients in Collin and Denton County and far North Texas so that we can focus on helping them navigate the challenges they are facing,” said firm co-founder Keith Nelson.

For the past few years, attorneys with the firm have been meeting with clients in Frisco by appointment only. For the past 25 years, Orsinger, Nelson, Downing & Anderson has provided clients statewide with family law services from its Dallas and San Antonio offices.

“This firm was built upon one primary objective, which is to provide clients with exceptional, ethical representation tailored to their unique needs,” Mr. Nelson said.

The Frisco office will be led by name partner Jeff Anderson, who had already been practicing law in Collin County for nearly 20 years before joining the firm in 2012.

“The tremendous growth of Collin and Denton County has helped make it one of the most vibrant areas of Texas to live and work, but has also led to an increased need for family law counsel,” said Mr. Anderson. “We have seen a steady increase in the amount of work we are doing in all areas of family law, from premarital agreements to divorce to custody questions.”

Also joining the Frisco office are longtime Frisco resident and family law attorney Paul Hewett, and Chris Oldner, a former judge of the 416thDistrict Court in Collin County.

“These are not only great attorneys, but people who also have a deep understanding of the unique character of Frisco and of the Collin and Denton County courts,” said Mr. Nelson.
