Meet GLF’s Fashion Editor!

New to the GLF team is Fashion Editor, Amy Levenson Krumholz aka Style by Amy!

For over 20 years, Amy Levenson Krumholz has worked in the fashion world – design, retail, wholesale, you name it. Amy graduated from The University of Texas with a degree in Fashion Merchandising. Upon graduation, Amy moved to the West Coast to pursue a career in the fashion industry.

Amy moved back to her hometown of Dallas, to open her own showroom, Amy’s Collection, at the Dallas Apparel Mart. During those 14 amazing years, she represented over 85 lines of women’s clothing and accessories and opened 2 more showrooms in New York and Atlanta. She also has designed three of her own lines of contemporary sportswear. Additionally, she has served as a retail buyer and consultant, as well as a stylist on numerous photo shoots.

For the last 12 years, Amy’s passion has been working with individuals on a more intimate level, helping them discover their own personal style. She educates, organizes and styles them through her one on one personalized service, as well as through public speaking engagements. Her services include wardrobe assessment, closet makeovers, personal shopping and educating her clients on how to orchestrate outfits with ease.

You may have caught one of Amy’s fashion segments on Good Morning Texas. She plans to continue to create fashion segments for her audience giving useful tips and advise.

Amy has three wonderful boys at three different schools, which keep her very busy! She has served on the Board of Directors of Heart House Dallas, which is a free after school program for at risk children in the Vickery Meadow neighborhood.

“I can’t help but style everything in my life… just ask my boys! One day I hope they will appreciate the importance of a well-organized closet as much as a well-stocked fridge!”
