Little Black Dress Girls’ Night Out
Texas Health Resources Foundation held its third annual Little Black Dress Girls’ Night Out on April 15 at the Courtyard Marriott in Allen. More than 400 women attended and raised close to $70,000 in net proceeds for women’s health services at the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen.
With assistance from funds raised, this year’s event will provide web cameras in the Texas Health Allen NICU for families to be close to their newborns, even after the mother returns home. Family members won’t miss a moment in their baby’s life even if they are miles away.
In addition, the Little Black Dress proceeds will help replace the mammography machine at the Breast Center with the most up-to-date technology.
