Hall Group Groundbreaking Celebration
City leaders and officials joined Hall Group chairman and founder Craig Hall to break ground on the 17th – and tallest – building at HALL PARK in Frisco on September 26. The new building will offer 300,000 square feet of Class AA office space and is designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification. The two-story, light-filled lobby will include high-end finishes and impactful works of art and sculpture from the acclaimed Hall Collection. Outdoor spaces will incorporate lush landscaping, a water feature and an adjacent event lawn.
“We’re so fortunate to Craig Hall to have the vision to get this started,” said Frisco Mayor Maher Maso of Hall’s foresight to develop the office park in Frisco. HALL Group opened its first speculative building at HALL Park in 1998. Today, the 16 buildings now on site make up 2.2 million square feet, is 96 percent leased with a distinguished roster of 184 tenant companies and 8,000 employees. World-class artwork and lush walking trails are also embedded in HALL Park.
“We’re not only about short-term things; we’re about a larger-term vision,” said Hall who shared his plans to add two outdoor amphitheaters and free Wi-Fi outside the buildings. A concierge and art tour director are already part of the Hall Park team.
Guests included Mayor Maher Maso, City Manager George Purefoy, Frisco Economic Development Council chairman Gary Carley and president Jim Gandy among many city and community leaders.
“All of these leaders are dedicated to doing the best thing for the community of Frisco, and we appreciate being a part of this responsible growth,” said Hall.
